Renew your i-act Instructor Licence Agreement
Once you have paid the annual licence fee you must print, sign and send your licence agreement to i-act. You should email this to email@example.com. i-act are unable to renew your licence until the signed instructor licence agreement has been received. You understand that in paying £99.00 you are only applying to renew your i-act (for positive mental health and wellbeing) instructor licence and that you need to await confirmation from i-act before your instructor licence is renewed. i-act agree to refund the cost of any licence agreements that i-act refuse to renew (less any debt owed to i-act). You are not permitted to deliver any i-act training without a valid i-act instructor licence agreement.
Your order will only be fulfilled if you have a valid annual instructor licence agreement and have paid your annual licence fee. The expiration date of your i-act instructor licence agreement can be found on your i-act licence instructor agreement. If this is not the case you will be notified by i-act that your order will not be processed, you will be refunded for your order, less the administration fee.
You agree to only use the materials purchased in accordance with your i-act instructor licence agreement. You are not permitted to purchase any of these materials for anyone who does not have a valid i-act instructor licence agreement in place and you confirm that these materials are for your own personal use as an approved, accredited and licenced i-act instructor. You understand that any breach of these terms may result in the termination of your i-act instructor licence agreement and legal action being brought against you
